Eatertainment General Manager for hot new concept!
A rapidly expanding entertainment company is preparing to launch its 1st location in Los Angeles, with a unique vision to redefine the American entertainment and leisure experience. The brand aims to make its services a part of everyday social life for people of all ages. We are looking for a dynamic, visionary leader to build and scale operations from the ground up.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a General Manager to lead our CA market entry, starting with the opening of our first store. This high-impact role will oversee end-to-end operations, develop expansion strategies, and collaborate closely with our international leadership team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on operator with a startup mentality, a passion for hospitality and entertainment, and a proven track record in launching and scaling service-oriented businesses.
Key Responsibilities
Store Operations
- Operate a new store opening for 1st location.
- Manage store opening, closing, and peak periods (especially evenings and weekends).
- Ensure exceptional service and operational efficiency.
- Implement safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards.
Team Leadership
- Hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful workplace culture.
- Set clear expectations, conduct performance reviews, and mentor team members.
Business Growth
- Monitor KPIs, sales, labor costs, and customer feedback.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in customer experience and operations.
- Collaborate with HQ on market research, site evaluation, and future store development.
Requirements
- 10+ years in management within retail, hospitality, or entertainment industries.
- Proven experience opening and operating a customer-facing location.
- Flexible to work late nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
- Comfortable in a high-energy, fast-paced, and startup-like environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience launching businesses or new locations in the U.S. market.
- Background in karaoke, food & beverage, nightlife, or similar entertainment venues.
- Proficiency in managing budgets, P&L, and operational performance metrics.
Additional Information

Training: Includes 1–3 months of onboarding and training out of country.
