Salary Range: $58,000 - $72,000 base + commission (OTE $75,000 - $95,000)

We're seeking a dynamic Catering & Sales Manager to drive our corporate catering program and build lasting B2B relationships in the Minneapolis-St. Paul market. This role is perfect for a sales professional who thrives in the healthy fast-casual space and wants to grow with an expanding concept.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve catering revenue targets ($500K+ annually)
- Identify and pursue new corporate accounts, healthcare facilities, and event venues
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts
- Conduct sales presentations and menu tastings for prospective clients
- Manage sales pipeline using CRM software and provide regular reporting
Account Management
- Serve as primary point of contact for existing catering clients
- Ensure exceptional customer service and order accuracy
- Handle special dietary requests and menu customizations
- Resolve any service issues quickly and professionally
- Develop upselling opportunities and expand account penetration
Operations Coordination
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Oversee delivery logistics and quality control
- Manage catering calendar and scheduling
- Ensure proper food safety and presentation standards
- Train team members on catering procedures and customer service
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in food service or hospitality
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Experience with CRM software and sales reporting
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 25+ lbs and work flexible hours including some evenings/weekends
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in healthy/fresh food concepts (Sweetgreen, Chopt, Freshii, etc.)
- Corporate catering or events experience
- Knowledge of dietary restrictions and nutrition
- Experience in the Minneapolis market with established local business connections
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
