Position Overview


A growing hospitality brand is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to help support day-to-day marketing initiatives across digital channels, social media, guest reputation management, and local restaurant marketing efforts.

This role works closely with marketing leadership and cross-department teams to help bring marketing programs to life. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment while supporting both digital marketing initiatives and in-restaurant campaigns.


This is a hands-on role that requires strong communication, organization, and digital marketing skills.


Core Responsibilities


Social Media & Digital Content

  • Assist with planning, creating, and scheduling content across major social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
  • Help develop engaging content that highlights menu items, guest experiences, and brand storytelling
  • Maintain content calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules
  • Track engagement and provide basic insights on performance trends


Guest Feedback & Online Reputation

  • Monitor guest reviews and comments across platforms such as Google, Yelp, and other review sites
  • Respond to feedback in a professional and timely manner
  • Escalate service concerns or operational issues to the appropriate internal teams
  • Support initiatives focused on improving overall guest satisfaction and brand perception


Marketing Campaign Support

  • Assist with the rollout of marketing campaigns, promotions, and new menu launches
  • Coordinate with creative partners and vendors on photography, design, and marketing assets
  • Help distribute marketing materials across restaurants and digital platforms


Restaurant Marketing & Community Engagement

  • Provide support for local marketing programs including community partnerships, events, and fundraising initiatives
  • Coordinate in-store marketing materials such as signage, promotional displays, and menu graphics
  • Serve as a resource for restaurant teams needing marketing tools or materials


Marketing Operations

  • Maintain project timelines, marketing calendars, and digital asset libraries
  • Assist with reporting and campaign performance tracking
  • Support email marketing programs and loyalty communications when applicable


Restaurant & Guest Experience Exposure

  • Participate in occasional restaurant shifts or training experiences to gain familiarity with menu offerings, service standards, and the overall guest experience
  • Use operational insights to ensure marketing efforts remain authentic and aligned with the brand experience


Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, digital marketing, or hospitality marketing preferred
  • Strong written communication and guest service skills
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic reporting tools
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus
