District Manager: Fast Casual Restaurants

Total Compensation: 90K -100K

Location: Central IL

The Role

You'll lead a portfolio of fast-casual restaurants across central IL, driving performance through strong unit-level operators and a culture of accountability. This is a hands-on, field-first role — you're in restaurants, developing managers, and solving problems, not sitting behind a desk.

What You'll Own

• P&L performance across all units — sales, labor, food cost, and EBITDA
• Hiring, developing, and retaining General Managers and their teams
• Executing brand standards, food safety compliance, and guest experience expectations
• Partnering with GMs on scheduling, staffing plans, and local marketing execution
• Identifying underperforming locations and building turnaround plans
• Opening new units and supporting expansion in your market
• Reporting results and presenting action plans to senior leadership

What We're Looking For

• 3–5+ years of multi-unit restaurant management experience
• Proven track record of developing people and improving unit-level metrics
• Strong financial acumen — you can read a P&L and act on it
• Hands-on leadership style with high presence in the field
• ServSafe certified or able to obtain
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the district daily
