What You’ll Do


As the Front of House Manager, you’ll set the tone for the guest experience — leading with hospitality, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and supporting your team to deliver exceptional service every shift.


Your Day-to-Day:

  • Lead the front-of-house team with energy, professionalism, and care.
  • Create a warm, engaging, and memorable experience for every guest.
  • Oversee floor operations, guest flow, and shift execution.
  • Support scheduling, staffing, and training to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Quickly identify and resolve challenges to keep service smooth.
  • Model the kind of attitude, hospitality, and teamwork that inspires others.
  • Ensure all safety, sanitation, and quality standards are met.


What You Bring

  • Experience leading in a high-volume, full-service or casual dining restaurant.
  • A guest-first mindset and passion for creating exceptional experiences.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to think on your feet and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Reliability, professionalism, and a proactive attitude.


Compensation & Schedule


Full-Time | $52,000 – $55,000 per year
