Your Role & Impact

Kitchen Operations & Execution

Oversee all daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, consistency, speed, and sanitation standards are met or exceeded.


Leadership & Team Development

Hire, train, coach, and develop kitchen managers, cooks, and support staff while building a culture of accountability and pride.


Quality & Standards Control

Ensure all menu items are executed to brand standards for taste, presentation, and portioning.


Training & Systems

Implement and maintain training programs focused on recipes, procedures, food safety, and operational best practices.


Cost & Inventory Management

Manage food costs, labor, ordering, and inventory controls to minimize waste and maximize profitability


Food Safety & Compliance

Ensure full compliance with all health department, safety, and sanitation regulations.


What You Bring

  • 2+ years of kitchen management or executive-level culinary leadership experience
  • Background in upscale, polished casual, or high-quality dining concepts
  • Strong operational mindset with the ability to lead through systems and standards
  • Proven ability to motivate, coach, and retain kitchen teams
  • Solid understanding of food safety, sanitation, and cost controls
