Have a true appreciation for great food and hold the team accountable to consistency, execution, and pride in every plate.


Drive the Business

Manage sales, labor, and costs while maintaining a strong focus on quality and culture. Make smart decisions that support both the guest experience and profitability.


Lead Operations with Excellence

Oversee daily operations across both front and back of house, ensuring smooth execution, high standards, and a strong team environment.


Develop Future Leaders

Invest in your people. Build a strong bench by developing managers and team members into future leaders.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume, full-service environment
  • A genuine passion for people, hospitality, and food quality
  • Proven ability to build and retain strong teams
  • Strong operational and financial acumen
  • Hands-on leadership style with a presence on the floor
  • Ability to create a positive, high-energy culture
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
