Position Overview


As Executive Chef, you will be responsible for setting the tone of the kitchen—driving culinary innovation, maintaining the highest standards of food quality, and developing a team that takes pride in every plate. You will partner closely with front-of-house leadership to ensure a seamless, elevated guest experience from kitchen to table.


Key Responsibilities


Culinary Leadership & Vision

  • Lead and evolve a sophisticated, seasonally driven menu with a focus on quality, presentation, and consistency
  • Uphold and elevate standards that define a best-in-class fine dining experience
  • Stay ahead of culinary trends while maintaining a strong sense of identity and brand integrity


Kitchen Operations

  • Oversee all kitchen operations including preparation, execution, plating, and cleanliness
  • Ensure precise execution of every dish with a focus on detail, timing, and presentation
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards


Team Development & Culture

  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing culinary team
  • Foster a culture rooted in professionalism, accountability, and respect
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development to elevate individual and team performance


Guest Experience

  • Collaborate with service leadership to deliver a seamless and memorable dining experience
  • Maintain a strong presence in the dining room when appropriate, connecting culinary execution to guest satisfaction
  • Respond to guest feedback with urgency and a commitment to excellence


Financial & Operational Excellence

  • Manage food cost, labor, and inventory with a strong understanding of fine dining economics
  • Drive efficiencies without compromising quality or experience
  • Oversee ordering, vendor relationships, and product sourcing with a focus on premium ingredients


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining or upscale restaurant
  • Strong foundation in classical techniques with a modern, creative approach
  • Deep passion for food, hospitality, and delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and retain top culinary talent
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and operational discipline
  • Financial acumen with experience managing food and labor costs
