What You’ll Be Responsible For
• Oversee all daily restaurant operations, including staffing, training, inventory, food safety, and guest experience
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of managers and hourly employees
• Drive operational excellence by ensuring brand standards, cleanliness, and service expectations are consistently met
• Manage labor, food cost, and inventory controls to protect profitability
• Analyze P&L performance and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
• Execute local marketing and promotional initiatives to drive traffic and sales
• Recruit, hire, and develop team members while building a strong internal leadership pipeline
• Maintain a strong floor presence, supporting the team and ensuring outstanding guest experiences
What You Bring
• 2+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume QSR or fast-casual environment
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing and motivating teams
• Proven success managing P&L performance, labor planning, and cost controls
• Ability to stay organized and decisive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• A hands-on leadership style with a guest-first mindset
