General Manager – Specialty Coffee & Food Concept

We're a fast-growing specialty coffee and food concept known for our unique menu offerings and handcrafted drinks. Our cafes are high-energy, community-driven spaces where hospitality is everything.

Compensation & Benefits

• Open availability is required; this is a 45-hour/week role.
• Hourly rate: $30.00–$35.00/hr (~$74,000–$86,000 annually)
• Bonus potential: Up to $3,000/month

• 3 years of General Manager experience
