What You’ll Do


As the Kitchen Manager, you’ll oversee the heartbeat of the restaurant — the kitchen. You’ll lead by example, ensure consistency and quality, and create a positive, high-performing environment that delivers an exceptional dining experience every time.


Your Day-to-Day:

  • Lead all kitchen operations with a focus on quality, speed, and teamwork.
  • Train, coach, and inspire kitchen staff to maintain high standards and efficiency.
  • Oversee prep, production, and plate execution to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Manage ordering, inventory, and scheduling to control costs and maximize productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-functioning kitchen at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with front-of-house leadership to ensure smooth service.


What You Bring

  • Experience leading in a high-volume, scratch kitchen or full-service restaurant.
  • Deep understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and quality control.
  • Proven leadership and coaching skills with a calm, motivating presence.
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities.
  • A hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Physical ability to meet the demands of the role (including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 lbs).
  • A positive, team-driven attitude that sets the tone for success.


Compensation & Schedule


Full-Time | $60,000 – $65,000 per year

Includes comprehensive benefits and long-term growth potential.
