As Executive Kitchen Manager, you are the heartbeat of the back of house. You'll own daily operations end to end — from prep through service — while building the systems, developing the people, and setting the standard that makes this kitchen run at a high level night after night.

What You Bring
- Proven tenure as a Chef de Cuisine, Executive Sous Chef, or senior Kitchen Manager
- High-volume kitchen experience — BBQ or scratch cooking background a significant plus
- A leadership presence built on respect, not just authority — people follow you because they want to
- Strong command of food cost, labor management, and kitchen systems
- A genuine passion for BBQ, smoke, and bold, approachable flavors
- An ownership mentality — you treat this kitchen like it's yours
