• Partner with the General Manager to lead daily operations and the restaurant team.
• Build and maintain a strong, positive workplace culture.
• Inspire, coach, and develop team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, inventory, and operational excellence.
• Jump in where needed — leading by example on every shift.
• Ensure safety, consistency, and a smooth, guest-focused flow each day.

Compensation & Schedule

Full-Time | $55,000 – $65,000 per year
