The Role
As Executive Chef, you will own the kitchen. This includes:
- Full oversight of BOH operations in a high-volume environment
- Driving labor and food cost performance
- Budgeting and financial accountability
- Menu engineering and execution
- Hiring, training, coaching, and performance management
- Building a disciplined, high-performing, positive kitchen culture
- Maintaining safety, sanitation, and operational standards
You’ll partner closely with front-of-house leadership to ensure the guest experience matches the energy of the concept: welcoming, polished, and fun — without losing culinary integrity.
What You Bring
- 3–5+ years as an Executive Chef in a high-volume setting
- Strong financial acumen (P&L, food cost, labor modeling)
- Proven ability to develop and retain BOH talent
- Passion for Italian-inspired cuisine and scratch execution
- Calm, composed leadership under pressure
- Culinary degree preferred (exceptional experience considered)
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and peak business periods
