Our thriving, high-volume quick service restaurant is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to serve as a frontline leader of people, systems, and results. This is a role for someone who measures their own success by how well the people around them perform.
What You'll Do

People Leadership & Development - Coach and develop team members and shift leaders through real-time feedback, observation, and consistent follow-up

Shift & Operational Leadership - Serve as Manager on Duty, owning real-time decisions that protect the guest experience and keep operations running smoothly

Performance Analysis & Problem Solving - Track and analyze operational trends across service times, guest experience, labor, and productivity

Labor & Scheduling - Monitor labor productivity throughout each shift and support leaders in striking the right balance between efficiency and team wellbeing
What You Bring
- 3+ years of management experience in quick service or fast casual
- ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within first 90 days
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish strongly preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends
