General Manager – High-Volume QSR

San Fernando Valley | $60,000–$70,000 | Full-Time (45 hours/week)

Are you a driven, hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to turn strong execution into real results? This is your opportunity to step into a General Manager role with a growing QSR brand that values performance, people, and operational excellence.

We’re looking for a confident, business-minded General Manager to lead a high-volume location in the San Fernando Valley. This role offers true ownership of the business, the ability to build and develop a winning team, and a clear path for career growth within an expanding organization.

This is not a maintenance role. This is a leadership seat for someone who wants responsibility, impact, and upward mobility.

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Competitive base salary: $60,000–$70,000 + Bonus
  • Stable schedule at 45 hours per week
  • Opportunity to run a top-performing unit with real autonomy
  • Growth potential with a brand that invests in its leaders

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Own all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, scheduling, inventory, food safety, and guest experience
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing management and hourly team
  • Drive a culture of accountability, urgency, and continuous improvement
  • Manage labor, food costs, and controllables through strong planning and execution
  • Analyze P&L and operational metrics to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency
  • Execute brand standards, marketing initiatives, and local sales drivers
  • Recruit, hire, and develop future leaders from within
  • Maintain a visible, hands-on presence on the floor to support the team and connect with guests

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume QSR environment
  • Proven ability to lead teams, control costs, and hit financial targets
  • Strong working knowledge of P&L management, labor planning, and inventory control
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced, high-expectation setting

If you’re ready to take full ownership of your restaurant, lead from the front, and grow with a company that rewards performance — this is the role for you.
