Social Media & Brand Marketing Manager
Location: Hybrid / In-Market Travel Required
Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media & Brand Marketing Manager to lead digital storytelling and social engagement for a growing restaurant organization. This role is responsible for developing and executing social media initiatives that increase brand awareness, strengthen guest engagement, and support marketing campaigns across multiple restaurant locations.
The ideal candidate is highly creative, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment where strong brand presence and guest connection are key to success.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Content & Campaign Development
- Develop and publish compelling content across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other emerging channels
- Produce a mix of written, visual, and video content that reflects the brand’s personality and guest experience
- Plan and execute social campaigns tied to menu launches, promotions, seasonal initiatives, and special events
- Coordinate with internal marketing and operations teams to ensure social initiatives align with broader brand strategy
- Source and share relevant industry content to keep channels active and engaging
Community Engagement
- Actively manage and grow the brand’s social media communities
- Respond to comments, direct messages, and guest interactions in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor social platforms for trending topics and opportunities for brand participation
- Foster authentic conversations that build loyalty and strengthen the brand voice
Market Insights & Brand Awareness
- Conduct ongoing research to stay informed on social media trends, competitive activity, and industry developments
- Identify opportunities to improve digital visibility and guest engagement
- Provide recommendations to strengthen brand positioning within the restaurant and hospitality space
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track social media performance using analytics and reporting tools
- Measure campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to leadership on engagement, growth, and campaign results
Vendor & Partner Coordination
- Work with external vendors, content creators, or agency partners as needed
- Review project deliverables and manage vendor relationships related to digital marketing initiatives
Work Environment
- Hybrid work environment with both remote and on-site responsibilities
- Occasional presence in restaurant locations to capture content and support marketing initiatives
- Travel may be required up to 30%
Schedule & Expectations
- This role requires flexibility to support marketing campaigns, events, and restaurant operations
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Ideal Background
- Experience managing social media accounts for hospitality, restaurant, or consumer brands preferred
- Strong content creation skills including photography, video, and copywriting
- Familiarity with social media analytics and performance tracking tools
- Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision making
