Director of Marketing

About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Director of Marketing to lead our restaurant marketing strategy with a focus on digital channels, customer engagement, and brand growth.
This role requires hands-on restaurant industry experience and expertise in driving traffic, loyalty, and revenue through modern marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across social media, SEO, paid search, and email
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive foot traffic and online ordering
- Build and scale our customer loyalty program to increase repeat visits and lifetime value
- Lead social media strategy across all platforms, creating engaging content that drives community engagement
- Oversee SEO strategy to improve local search rankings and organic visibility
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and ROI to optimize campaign effectiveness
- Manage marketing budget and vendor relationships
- Collaborate with operations team to ensure marketing initiatives align with guest experience
- Stay current on restaurant industry trends and emerging digital marketing opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of marketing experience with at least 3 years in the restaurant indistry
- Proven track record managing social media for restaurant brands
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, SEO, and digital advertising platforms
- Experience building and managing customer loyalty programs
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Excellent project management and leadership abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
