Position Opening: Physical Therapist – Outpatient Clinic
Location: Mesa, Arizona
Schedule: Full-Time | 40 Hours Per Week
Work Setting: Onsite | Single-Location Clinic | No Travel
Employment Type: Full Time, Monday - Friday
Base Salary: $85k - $100k / year + Bonus

About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in Mesa, AZ. This role offers the chance to work autonomously in a clinically driven, collaborative environment while managing a consistent caseload.

Primary Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and design individualized care plans
- Provide hands-on, evidence-based interventions (manual therapy, therapeutic exercise)
- Supervise PTAs to ensure continuity and quality of care
- Manage an average of 13 patient visits per day
- Educate patients and families on care goals and at-home strategies
- Track outcomes and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Complete, accurate, timely documentation in the EMR
- Collaborate with referring providers and participate in team planning sessions
- Maintain compliance with Arizona licensure and CEU requirements
Candidate Profile
- Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist in Arizona
- Strong clinical reasoning and time management capabilities
- Comfortable managing a structured, patient-focused caseload
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with manual therapy or dry needling is a plus, though not required
