Salary / Hourly Rate: $400,000 - $650,000 / year

Bonus Offered: RVU-based bonus structure

Job Summary:

We are seeking a full-time Neurosurgeon to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will be trained in spinal surgery and comfortable managing a wide range of conditions involving the brain, spinal cord, and peripheral nerves.


Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Consult with patients, review medical histories, and formulate individualized care plans
  • Perform surgeries involving the brain, spinal cord, and peripheral nerves
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including anesthesiologists, neurologists, and nursing staff
  • Provide thorough preoperative and postoperative care
  • Stay current with advances in neurosurgical techniques and emerging treatments
  • Communicate complex medical information clearly to patients and families
  • Maintain compliance with medical regulations and patient confidentiality standards
  • Participate in hospital meetings, peer collaborations, and research initiatives
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and surgical outcomes
  • Engage in academic or clinical research to advance the field of neurosurgery


Prerequisites / License & Certification Requirements:

  • Board Certified in Neurosurgery
  • Residency and/or Fellowship Trained in Spine Surgery
  • Arizona MD/DO license or eligible to obtain
