Job Title: Adolescent Therapist

Location: Phoenix, AZ 85023

Hours & Schedule: Mon & Fri 8-5; Tues, Wed, & Thur 11-7

Work Environment: Intensive Outpatient (IOP) – Structured outpatient care

Salary / Hourly Rate: $70,000 – $80,000 annually

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Licensed Adolescent Therapist for our Phoenix-based Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). This full-time position is ideal for a motivated, clinically skilled professional who is passionate about guiding adolescents through their behavioral health challenges in a structured outpatient setting. You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team and have the opportunity to facilitate meaningful, lasting change for youth and families.


Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individual, group, and family therapy to adolescent clients
  • Develop, implement, and revise treatment plans in coordination with the clinical team
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and support staff to ensure integrated care
  • Provide therapeutic support and psychoeducation to families
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Participate in team meetings, supervision, and continuing education


Prerequisites / License & Certification Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or similar field
  • Active Arizona licensure (LAC, LPC, LMSW, or LCSW)
  • Experience working with adolescents in behavioral health is preferred
  • Familiarity with IOP or similar outpatient programs is advantageous
  • CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain upon hire
