  • Travel Required: None
  • Salary / Hourly Rate: $200k - $300k base salary
  • Bonus Structure: RVU bonus system

Job Summary:

The Psychiatrist will provide outpatient and/or inpatient psychiatric care to a diverse patient population. This role involves diagnosing, treating, and managing psychiatric disorders in a clinical setting. You will work in a collaborative, interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes and improve overall mental health services in the community.


Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychiatric evaluations, assessments, and diagnoses for patients.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans for patients, including medication management.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive care.
  • Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Provide patient and family education on mental health conditions and treatment options.
  • Participate in team meetings and case discussions to ensure coordinated care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.



Prerequisites / License & Certification Requirements:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school.
  • Board certification or board eligibility in Psychiatry.
  • Valid Arizona medical license or the ability to obtain one before starting.
  • DEA certification.
