Job Title: Radiology Technologist – Cardiovascular

Location: East Mesa, AZ (Power & Main)

Hours & Schedule: Full-time, four 10-hour shifts per week

Work Environment: Ambulatory Surgery Center, fast-paced team environment

Travel Required: Local travel to other locations during the business day

Salary / Hourly Rate: $45.00 – $65.00 per hour


Bonus Offered: Quarterly bonus incentives may be available

Job Summary:

The Radiology Technologist – Cardiovascular will operate imaging equipment and perform specialized radiographic procedures as ordered by physicians. This role requires attention to detail, safety awareness, and a commitment to providing excellent care in an ambulatory surgery center environment.


Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostic and interventional radiographic procedures per physician orders
  • Assist with product setup during procedures based on physician needs
  • Prepare and maintain radiographic equipment for exams
  • Maintain a safe environment by minimizing radiation exposure for patients and staff
  • Manage and contribute to inventory control
  • Provide clear information to patients and families regarding procedures
  • Demonstrate professional conduct and foster a collaborative team environment
  • Ensure confidentiality and uphold ethical and legal responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate as necessary
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives for patient care and safety
  • Provide clinical support in an operating room setting


Prerequisites / License & Certification Requirements:

  • Graduate of an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology
  • ARRT national certification required
  • Two years of Cath Lab experience
  • Current ACLS and BLS certifications


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Cardiology experience preferred
  • Operating Room experience preferred
  • Scrub experience highly preferred
