Now Hiring: Clinical Director (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)

Location: Glendale, AZ

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with flexibility for urgent client needs during evenings/weekends as required)

Compensation: $90,000 – $100,000 annually

Start Date: As soon as possible



About the Role


We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Director to lead and support our behavioral health team in Glendale, AZ. This role is ideal for a licensed professional with strong leadership skills, a trauma-informed approach, and a passion for building effective, patient-centered programs.

As the Clinical Director, you will provide oversight, mentorship, and accountability for a team of clinicians while ensuring the delivery of high-quality care for clients and families.



Key Responsibilities


  • Provide direct supervision, coaching, and support to clinical staff.
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations, licensing standards, and organizational policies.
  • Oversee treatment planning, clinical documentation, and quality assurance initiatives.
  • Foster a collaborative, professional, and trauma-informed environment.
  • Model appropriate boundaries, professionalism, and client-focused care.
  • Support ongoing training and development opportunities for team members.
  • Assist with crisis management and escalated client situations as needed.


Qualifications


  • Active Arizona license as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
  • 3–5 years of supervisory or management experience in a clinical setting.
  • Strong understanding of trauma-informed care practices.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
