Location: Florence, AZ


Schedule: Full-Time


Travel: No (assigned one clinic)


Compensation: $115K - $150k+/year: (Including both base + bonus)


Benefits: Med/Dent/Vis, PTO/Sick, 401k, CME Reimbursement, Aetna Health Insurance, 2 Weeks PTO & 5 Sick Days + Holidays, 4% Match on 401k After 1 Year Employment, $750 CME Annually



Job Summary:


We are looking for an experienced Physical Therapist who is interested in leading a team of professionals. This position allows all the benefits of owning your own clinic without the headaches. You will be responsible for running day to day of the clinic and overseeing a team, which you are incentivized based on outcomes/productivity of the clinic.


Our directors are currently earning $150k+ per year.


The Physical Therapy Director is committed to overseeing and managing the entire operations of the physical therapy department. This is a leadership role requiring the ability to plan, coordinate, and implement strategies to optimize performance and ensure the delivery of high-quality rehabilitative services to patients. The role necessitates an understanding of budgeting, policy management, staff management, and a deep knowledge of rehabilitation processes.  


Duties of the Position:


1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the physical therapy department ensuring efficient delivery of services.

2. Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the overall healthcare organization's goals.

3. Supervise, recruit, interview, hire, and train physical therapy staff. Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and corrective action when necessary.

4. Ensure the department adheres to all federal, state, and local regulations, and maintain the department's readiness for audit reviews.

5. Continuously evaluate the efficacy of treatment plans and therapy outcomes, making necessary adjustments to improve service quality. 

6. Collaborate and liaise with other department leaders to ensure integrated and comprehensive care services. 

7. Oversee the department budget, analyze and report on budgetary and operational performance.

8. Facilitate professional development opportunities and training for staff members.

9. Maintain updated knowledge of advancements in physical therapy practices and implement them for better service delivery. 

10. Promote an environment that encourages team work, positivity and continuous improvement.


Other Requirements:


  • PT Licensed in Arizona
  • 1-2 Years PT Experience (preferable in a leadership role)
