You understand the importance of medication management and feel confident navigating treatment plans within strict clinical policies and guidelines.
Job Summary:
The Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant is a key member of our interdisciplinary care team, specializing in the evaluation and management of patients with chronic pain.
This outpatient-based role includes conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and integrating both interventional and non-interventional strategies to improve patient function and quality of life.
