Job Title: Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (Primary Care)

Location: Lake Havasu, AZ

Hours & Schedule: Full-Time

Work Environment: Outpatient Primary Care Clinic

Travel Required: No

Salary / Hourly Rate: $120,000 – $140,000 per year

Job Summary:

As a Primary Care NP or PA, you’ll evaluate and manage acute and chronic conditions, implement care plans, prescribe medications, and promote preventive health strategies. Working closely with our healthcare team, you’ll ensure patients receive safe, effective, and personalized care—while maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to clinic operations.


Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Perform physical exams and evaluate patient histories and diagnostics
  • Develop and implement individualized therapeutic treatment plans
  • Prescribe medications and treatments within your scope of practice
  • Refer patients to specialists and follow up to ensure treatment success
  • Participate in quality improvement efforts and continuing education
  • Conduct minor procedures and interpret medical data
  • Educate patients and families on disease prevention and wellness strategies
  • Document patient interactions, reports, and coordinate with insurance providers
  • Attend team meetings and contribute to clinic workflow improvements
  • Adhere to clinical safety standards and medical guidelines


Prerequisites / License & Certification Requirements:

  • Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Arizona (or ability to obtain)
  • Completion of a U.S.-based NP/PA program (excluding Puerto Rico)
