Job Title: Pediatric Neuropsychologist

Location: Goodyear, AZ

Hours & Schedule: Full-Time

Work Environment: Outpatient clinical setting working alongside a multidisciplinary healthcare team

Travel Required: No

Salary / Hourly Rate: $150,000 - $200,000 / year

Bonus Offered: Percent of Collections

Job Summary:

The Pediatric Neuropsychologist will play a key role in evaluating and supporting children and adolescents with cognitive, behavioral, or learning difficulties resulting from neurological or developmental conditions. This role emphasizes collaboration with a broader care team to ensure comprehensive and integrated treatment plans.


Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations of pediatric patients
  • Assess cognitive function, attention, memory, language, motor skills, and emotional regulation
  • Collaborate with pediatricians, neurologists, psychiatrists, therapists, educators, and families
  • Develop detailed reports, treatment recommendations, and care plans
  • Provide consultations and follow-up care to enhance cognitive and behavioral outcomes
  • Educate families on diagnoses and care strategies at home and in school
  • Remain current on research and advancements in pediatric neuropsychology
  • Participate in research, academic presentations, or publications if desired
  • Lead or support training for interns, staff, or community groups on brain development
  • Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality in all patient care and documentation


Prerequisites / License & Certification Requirements:

  • PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology
  • Arizona psychology license or eligibility
  • Fellowship or experience in pediatric neuropsychology
