What you’ll do:

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations
• Hire, coach, and develop your team
• Create accountability and maintain high standards
• Manage labor, inventory, food cost, and profitability
• Use reporting and P&L data to make decisions
• Deliver a strong guest experience
• Build a positive, energetic culture
• Take ownership of results and identify opportunities for improvement

As General Manager, you will run the four walls of the restaurant like it is your own business and lead your team through clear expectations, strong communication, and continuous improvement.

We're interested in leaders who have:

• Restaurant management experience, preferably as a General Manager, Assistant General Manager, or multi-unit leader
• A proven track record of developing and retaining great teams
• Strong operational and financial management skills
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities
• A passion for hospitality and guest service
• High standards, personal accountability, and a continuous improvement mindset

Experience with fast casual, quick-service, casual dining, or multi-unit restaurant operations is preferred.

• $65,000–$75,000 base salary
