Role Summary:
As a Junior Digital Marketer / Account Manager, you will manage client relationships while executing digital marketing strategies. This dual role combines marketing expertise with client management skills, requiring a balance of technical knowledge, creativity, and strong communication. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely projects, meet client expectations, and align with their marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
- Assist in creating and implementing digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
- Contribute to content creation, including blog posts, social media updates, and email campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance campaign performance.
- Support in the creation of reports to showcase campaign outcomes and ROI.
Account Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong and trusting relationships.
- Assist in onboarding new clients, gathering requirements, and understanding their business goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects and campaigns.
- Address client questions, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Identify upselling opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to expand client relationships.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or account management (internship experience considered).
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing tools.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with project management tools like ClickUp and Asana.
- Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Design skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) are a bonus.
