Senior Business Development Manager – Revenue Growth (New Business & Account Expansion)
Location: Remote (US-based)
We are hiring our first Senior Business Development Manager to help drive the next phase of company growth by winning new clients and expanding relationships with existing accounts.
This is a hunter–farmer role designed for a senior sales professional who thrives on opening doors with new organizations while also identifying opportunities to deepen and grow long-term client partnerships.
You will focus on building pipeline, creating new opportunities, and developing trusted relationships with senior stakeholders. Our leadership and delivery teams support technical validation and solution design, allowing you to concentrate on relationship development, opportunity creation, and revenue growth.
Candidates with experience selling SaaS, software, or technical services in consultative sales environments are strongly preferred.
You will directly contribute to company growth by:
Winning New Clients
- Identify and pursue organizations aligned with our ideal customer profile
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers through strategic outreach and networking
- Generate qualified opportunities that convert into long-term clients
Expanding Existing Accounts
- Develop trusted relationships within current client organizations
- Identify additional projects, service opportunities, and partnership expansion
- Work with delivery teams to grow account value while maintaining exceptional client outcomes
Building a Healthy Pipeline
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Identify buying signals and advance deals through a consultative sales process
- Maintain disciplined CRM management and pipeline transparency
Driving Revenue Growth

Contribute directly to revenue through both new client acquisition and account expansion
- Partner with leadership and technical teams to bring opportunities to close
- Ensure opportunities align with company capabilities and long-term client success
What Success Looks Like:
First 3–6 Months
- Establish relationships with key prospects and clients

- Develop a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Close initial deals and begin identifying account expansion opportunities

Who You Are:
Required Experience
- 7+ years of experience in B2B business development or consultative sales
- Proven track record of closing new business and expanding existing accounts
