Our client specializes in Professional Window Cleaning, Pressure washing, Holiday Lighting and Gutter cleaning is looking for a Sales Manager in the Dallas area. You’ll assist with the day-to-day operations in Dallas with full responsibility for, team leadership, sales, marketing, scheduling, and customer experience.


You’ll work directly with the owner, who previously built one of the top-performing Window Cleaning franchises in the country.


The timing is critical: the Holiday Light Season, our busiest and most profitable quarter, is here. You’ll need to ramp up quickly, learn fast, and execute with intensity.




What You’ll Do:

  • Drive Sales – Meet with Dallas homeowners, provide quotes, close deals, and follow up relentlessly. This includes creating lead generation as well as managing incoming sales leads from the digital marketing tactics already in place.
  • Be Responsive – Manage calls, texts, and inquiries promptly—you are the voice for the office.
  • Deliver Outstanding Service – Ensure every customer has a premium experience, handle issues quickly, and build long-term relationships.
  • Represent the Brand Locally – Network at school and community events, attend PTA meetings, and build visibility.
  • Build Awareness Online – Actively engage on LinkedIn and social media to grow the local presence.
  • Expand the Brand Footprint – Ensure the company is a household name in Highland Park, Addison, and surrounding areas.
  • Support Denver Operations – Collaborate with leadership to align systems and culture as we prepare for a packaged exit.



Who You Are:

  • An experienced sales leader who is a hunter and a groomer.
  • Based in Dallas and motivated by building something meaningful in your own backyard.
  • Adaptable and calm—able to pivot from quoting a holiday light install to solving crew challenges on the same day.
  • Outgoing and community-minded—you enjoy being the face of a local brand.
  • Savvy with networking and social media to grow awareness and attract new business.
  • Gritty, coachable, and driven by the challenge of scaling quickly and cashing out.
  • Ambitious, with goals of leading multi-unit operations or achieving an exit-level leadership role.
