• Collaborate with Payroll, HR, Accounting, and Finance teams to understand business needs and implement Workday solutions
• Lead system testing for upgrades, patches, and new Workday releases while conducting thorough regression testing
• Train internal team members on new processes and develop comprehensive reports and dashboards for stakeholders
• Ensure accurate job costing for projects through coordination with financial controllers and troubleshoot integration issues to maintain data integrity

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience configuring Workday modules for payroll, time tracking, projects, and general ledger interface
• Strong technical background in finance and accounting with practical experience in high-volume hourly labor industries
• Proficiency in Workday integration and certification (preferred but not required) with knowledge of systems like ADP, Oracle, SAP, and Kronos
