Software Developer - Senior

Seeking a Software Developer for a 200+ FTE technical development program supporting the Sponsor’s Entitlement Programs as well as IdAM /ICAM, Authentication, Authorization, Attributes and Digital Policy Management. The Software Developer will work with a large team of developers, software engineers, and data engineers.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop Java and/or Python applications that leverages Large Language Model (LLM) API calls
• Utilized Scrum agile techniques to manage workload and incrementally build out applications to meet customer requirements
• Leverage Amazon Web Services
• Experience creating RESTful API

Required Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
• BS degree and 6-11 years of relevant experience
• Hands-on development experience in object oriented programming languages like Java, Python, Kotlin, Go, Ruby etc.
• Experience with defining system architectures and design of new features
• Prior experience developing solutions to customer requirements
• Knowledge of Git, Jenkins, or Rundeck

Desired Qualifications

• Exposure to foundation AI models such as GPT
• Familiarity with AI topics and concepts such as prompt engineering
• Experience with AI libraries such as LangChain or others
• Understanding of Identity Access Management (IAM) Concepts
• Experience with design patterns and best practices
• Experience building microservices
• Experience with integration testing frameworks
• Documented open source contributions, technical certifications, continued education
