PD 5: Business Analyst – Skill Level 3 – SIOB office (NGA-W)
Duties Include:
- Develop and/or edit, including formatting, briefings and meeting minutes for SI infrastructure board
- Refine project requests by collaborating with project requestors, stakeholders, and project managers to clarify business needs and objectives
- Use data to form business insights and recommend changes
- Identify issues and effectives ways to boost organizational efficiency
- Use data analytics to derive logical conclusions and forecasts from implementing strategies that can improve performance
- Assist with completion of written reports, office staff packages, support agreements, presentations, or other artifacts required by the Government
- Provides customer service, representational and written communication skills
- Assist with records management processes for office documents and files
Required/Desired Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated experience providing customer service
- Demonstrated experience collaborating, sharing knowledge, and working as a team member
- Demonstrated experience in presenting oral and written communications
- Demonstrated experience with PC platforms such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated experience in standard business application software for presentations, word processing, and SharePoint-based websites
- Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Teams and SharePoint for communication, collaboration, and document management.
