PD 1: Business Analyst – Skill Level 4 – HDC (NGA-STL)
Duties Include:
- Providing general administrative support to HDS policy team.
- Organizing and maintaining staff documents, policy review schedules, file, and folders.
- Supporting the development of office SOPs, guides, and other materials in accordance with applicable policies.
- Routing customer inquiries and questions regarding policies.
- Preparing routine correspondence and distributing materials to relevant audiences.
- Assisting in preparing policy program-related reports and briefings.
- Proofreading policies and related communications materials
Required Skills:
- Minimum 12 months demonstrated experience with SharePoint and using electronic publishing applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat/InDesign/Pro.
- Minimum 12 months demonstrated experience in using APA style writing and editing.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent demonstrated experience in English or Communication
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or Related field
