The Candidate Must Have:
• 10 years’ experience with GEOINT analysis, reflecting knowledge of the GEOINT Community, their focus areas, and their collection management structures to include NSG tools, DoW/IC collaboration tools designed to assist in GEOINT collection, production and visualization.
• Demonstrate Experience developing, representing and sustaining inter-organizational mission partnerships and relationships
• Demonstrated experience in preparing written correspondence, briefings to senior level staff (e.g. flag officer), and making recommendations to meet users’ needs
• Knowledge of national, commercial, and airborne GEOINT sensors and capabilities, and supporting dissemination processes and architectures
• Knowledge of GEOINT collection processes, geospatial information systems (GIS), or geospatial data and analysis
• Ability to build and retain internal NGA relationships and collaborate with external partners across the intelligence community (IC) and DoW
• Ability to discover, collaborate on, and integrate new technologies into GEOINT TCPED
• Ability to work independently and as part of the team to manage competing demands and changing priorities to enable GEOINT throughput
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
Nice If You Have:
• Experience with GEOINT International Affairs strategy, mission, policy, and procedures
• Experience with Throughput integration/dissemination-related activities with COCOM and/or Armed Services
• Experience developing requirements for GEOINT systems
• Advanced understanding and/or core mission background in GEOINT Collections, Analysis, IT architecture, acquisition, procurement, project management
• GEOINT Professional Certification - Fundamentals (GPC-F)
• GEOINT Professional Certification - Collections (GPC-C)
