Our client is looking for someone to be one of the faces of the K-12 Practice in Indiana. We are looking for a person who is passionate about learning environments and who is ready for the next step in their career. The selected leader will be responsible for promoting the corporate vision, leading high-quality project delivery, and inspiring the design team. We are seeking an individual who can ensure customer satisfaction while meeting budgets and delivering on the organization's profitability goals.
It is critical we find an individual with exceptional communication skills and the ability to listen thoughtfully to clients and build networks with school boards, superintendents, and educators. The professional we seek must have a successful track record of project outcomes in terms of client satisfaction and company profits. Although a team effort, this person will be responsible for winning and delivering profitable K-12 projects.
