Mission:


Our client, a leading European player in the Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API’s) market with a robust history and global footprint, is seeking to onboard a Pharma Sales Manager B2B.


The core objective of this role is to drive and amplify the global sales of their APIs, forging and establishing strategic trade agreements.


Responsibilities:


  • Achieve and surpass annual objectives in terms of sales and margins.
  • Prepare, negotiate, and finalize sales contracts and offers, leading the coordination of their execution from start to finish.
  • Implement and execute the Marketing and Sales Plan.
  • Propose and implement market development strategies in alignment with the company's objectives.
  • Collect and analyze market trends using market and competitive intelligence data
  • Identify and cultivate potential leads, and attract new prospective clients.
  • Maintain outstanding business relationships with current accounts.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Support department to ensure accurate technical and commercial guidance to clients.
  • Design the company's pricing strategy in coordination with the Division Manager.
  • Manage customer accounts effectively in terms of satisfaction, product, and profitability management.
  • Develop, roll out, and monitor digital marketing campaigns in sync with the target market.
  • Ensure efficiency and continuous improvement in commercial operations.



Requirements:


  • 3 years of previous experience in an international B2B pharmaceutical sales environment
  • Languages: spanish and english
  • A scientific background is a plus: (E.g Pharmacy, Biochemistry...)
  • Expertise in the API European market is highly appreciated.
  • 30% of time travelling abroad
