Mission:

Turn scientific ideas into effective, scalable health products. Own the development of solid nutraceuticals from concept to industrial reality.

Functions:

• Lead formulation projects from concept to scale-up.
• Develop and optimise tablets (mono, bi-layer, tri-layer) and capsules.
• Manage and support 4 R&D technicians. Report to the R&D Manager.
• Run trials at lab and pilot scale. Make sure what works on paper also works in production.
• Prepare technical documentation in English: formulation reports, process validations, internal records.
• Work closely with QA, Regulatory, Production and Marketing.
• Keep an eye on new technologies, ingredients and processes that can improve how we work.

Requirements:

• Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Food Technology...
• At least 4 years of experience in formulation or galenic development.
• Solid knowledge of compression, coating and encapsulation processes.
• Comfortable writing technical documents in English.
• Proactive, hands-on, with a clear understanding of industrial reality.
