Mission:


  • Lead multifaceted pharmaceutical projects with a strategic vision, propelling advancements in health through exceptional leadership and project execution.


Functions:


  • Direct complex project portfolios, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and successful market implementation.
  • Optimize project management processes, enhancing cross-departmental collaboration and efficiency in product development and operational tasks.
  • Oversee market trends and sales performance, proactively adapting strategies to meet client and market demands within the CDMO sector.
  • Drive the innovation agenda by championing cutting-edge products to clients, reflecting our commitment to pioneering healthcare solutions.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to forecast product costs and profitability, and manage budgets with a focus on maximizing returns.
  • Lead business development activities, identifying new opportunities and fostering sustainable client relationships to enhance market footprint.


Requirements:


  • Advanced degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • MBA or equivalent in Pharmaceutical Management or Project Management highly preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management within the pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in additional languages beneficial.
  • Strong leadership skills and executive presence.
  • Advanced project management and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Superior negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • A customer-centric mindset with excellent communication and active listening abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • High level of technical and digital literacy.


Schedule:


  • Flexible working hours with core hours to maintain team collaboration and business needs:Monday to Thursday: Flexibility in start and end times, with a core period of availability.
  • Friday: Reduced hours to support work-life balance.
