Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review SEC filings, including 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K reports.
• Ensure compliance with all GAAP and SEC regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to complete quarterly and annual reports.
• Analyze financial statements and reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Stay current with SEC and accounting guidelines; implement changes in reporting and disclosures.
• Assist in the coordination of the year-end audit and quarterly reviews.
• Provide guidance on the impact of new SEC/GAAP pronouncements.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in SEC Reporting and public accounting.
• Strong understanding of GAAP.
• Familiarity with financial reporting software and tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification preferred.
