Position Summary:
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading maintenance operations across company facilities. This role ensures equipment and systems operate reliably, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable standards. The position plays a key part in supporting production performance, minimizing downtime, promoting safety, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and manage the maintenance team, fostering a positive, safe, and productive work environment.
- Oversee preventive maintenance programs to ensure reliability of equipment and systems.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and applicable regulations.
- Support production by troubleshooting issues, resolving breakdowns, and minimizing downtime.
- Maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation to support reporting and audit readiness.
- Manage spare parts inventory and oversee procurement of materials and supplies.
- Collaborate with leadership on facility upgrades, expansions, and capital projects.
- Promote and enforce safety standards across the maintenance team and facilities.
- Train staff in proper equipment use and maintenance procedures.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Manage the maintenance budget, ensuring effective use of resources.
- Perform additional duties or projects as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a maintenance leadership role.
- Strong technical knowledge of equipment, systems, and facility operations.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Hands-on experience with preventive maintenance programs.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across facilities.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Comfortable working in an operational/production environment.
Salary Range: $70k - $100k
