Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain financial models, including budgets, forecasts, and P&L analysis across multiple channels and business functions.
- Monitor operational metrics and trends, identifying risks and opportunities while supporting leadership with decision-making insights.
- Partner with business teams to understand variances, trends, and fluctuations in actual results versus forecasts.
- Develop and streamline reporting tools and processes, collaborating with technology partners to enhance automation.
- Conduct cost/benefit analysis of new initiatives to support margin improvement and operational efficiency.
- Maintain cash flow projections and assist with financial reporting requirements for external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or MBA a plus).
- 6+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including at least 3 years in an FP&A function.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning processes, reporting, and GAAP principles.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (NetSuite or similar) is strongly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments and has demonstrated leadership in managing projects or cross-functional initiatives.
