Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Manager of Consolidations to oversee the global consolidation process and ensure accurate financial reporting. This role is responsible for managing monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, preparing consolidated financial statements, and ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal policies. The ideal candidate has a strong background in financial consolidations, technical accounting, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the global financial consolidation process, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
- Ensure proper elimination of intercompany transactions and reconcile intercompany balances.
- Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, including journal entries and variance analysis.
- Assist in technical accounting research related to consolidations, acquisitions, and foreign currency translation.
- Work closely with accounting teams across business units to improve consolidation processes and reporting accuracy.
- Partner with FP&A, Tax, and Audit teams to support financial reporting and compliance efforts.
- Manage and improve consolidation systems and tools, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure SOX compliance and support external and internal audits related to consolidated financials.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and standardization in consolidation and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred.

5+ years of experience in financial consolidations, corporate accounting, or financial reporting.
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, intercompany eliminations, and foreign currency translation.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and consolidation software (HFM, OneStream, or similar).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
