Position Overview:

A motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accounting Analyst is sought to support accurate financial reporting, analysis, and process improvement within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset, while also demonstrating the ability to work independently and drive accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support monthly and quarterly close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
• Prepare and review financial statements and related reporting to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial processes are implemented effectively.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and enhance financial insights through process improvements.
• Research and resolve accounting or reporting issues as they arise.
• Contribute to special projects and other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA is a plus.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related analytical role, with strong knowledge of US GAAP.
• Public accounting or large corporate experience preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, Excel, and other data analysis tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive mindset with problem-solving skills and drive for continuous improvement.

Salary Range: $95k - $115k
