The Surety & Bonds Manager will produce and service clients in accordance with agency guidelines, providing high-level service and insurance advice. This role involves developing, building, and maintaining strong business relationships with clients and carriers, demonstrating integrity in all interactions. The manager will achieve agency objectives for account development, retention, and business placement, and will be responsible for developing and expanding the existing book of business to grow the Surety department. Additionally, the manager will cross-market and sell all agency insurance services.
