Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and performance reporting, with a focus on profitability and working capital.
- Oversee operational processes, including production coordination, supply chain management, inventory planning, and third-party logistics.
- Partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives, including evaluating expansion opportunities, supporting transaction-related analysis, and post-deal integration efforts.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies across finance and operations functions.
- Provide actionable insights and guidance to support business decision-making and long-term growth.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and operations within consumer goods, manufacturing, or similar brand-driven environments.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and cash flow.
- Proven experience overseeing operational workflows and supply chain processes.
