Position Overview:
The Finance Manager will play a critical role in financial planning, M&A due diligence, performance analysis, and strategic initiatives that support the company’s continued expansion, partnering cross-functionally to drive financial insight, strategic decision-making, and operational excellence in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. This role requires 5–8 years of progressive experience and strong growth potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes, ensuring accuracy, insight, and alignment with business objectives.
- Support M&A activities by conducting rigorous financial analyses, including EBITDA evaluation, quality-of-earnings reviews, and assessment of acquisition targets.
- Develop financial models and scenario analyses to inform key business decisions and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate major strategic initiatives, such as assessing the viability of in-house versus outsourced distribution or other operational shifts.
- Monitor business performance, identify trends, and communicate insights to senior leadership.
- Enhance financial reporting tools, dashboards, and KPIs to improve visibility and support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to financial controls, policies, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of professional experience in finance, with a track record of strong performance and upward career trajectory.
- Demonstrated experience supporting M&A due diligence, including financial evaluation of targets and EBITDA analysis.
- Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to build robust financial models and synthesize complex data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills; able to present insights clearly and persuasively.
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to drive initiatives independently and collaboratively.
Salary Range: $120k - $140k
