RESPONSIBILITIES
System Oversight & Enhancement
- Oversee the ERP system as a critical business tool, supporting ongoing improvements and future enhancements
- Maintain a prioritized backlog of system-related initiatives and coordinate development efforts
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align system capabilities with business and operational needs
- Support structured processes related to system updates, testing, and change management
- Monitor system performance and address issues as needed
Administration & Configuration
- Manage daily system operations to ensure reliability and efficiency
- Maintain user access, roles, and system configurations
- Support customization and optimization of system functionality as business needs evolve
- Coordinate system updates, enhancements, and periodic upgrades
- Assist with testing and validation of system changes
Project & Vendor Coordination
- Work with third-party partners and vendors to support system enhancements and integrations
- Assist in the execution of system-related projects, including upgrades and implementations
- Coordinate efforts across internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery
User Support & Process Improvement
- Act as a key resource for system-related questions and troubleshooting
- Provide guidance on best practices and system utilization
- Support user training and onboarding as needed
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and system efficiency
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and updates
- Support reporting needs and assist in developing insights from system data
- Ensure appropriate documentation and controls are in place for system changes
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working with an ERP system in a financial or operational environment
- Understanding of core business processes, including accounting and reporting
- Exposure to system implementations, upgrades, or enhancements
- Familiarity with data tools, reporting platforms, or system integrations is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across teams
- Strong problem-solving and communication skillsĀ
