Job Title: Reliability Engineer (Contract)

Open to Puerto Rico Residents

We are seeking an experienced Reliability Engineer to support a 3-month project (with potential extension) at a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Northern Puerto Rico.

Key Qualifications:

• Strong experience in Preventive Maintenance (PM) and equipment reliability.
• Deep knowledge of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
• Hands-on experience in Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to identify reliability improvements, optimize maintenance strategies, and support manufacturing operations.
• Experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment is highly preferred.
